Product design studio

Product design studio for startup founders

Plain answer: Figura is a product design studio for zero-BS pre-seed and seed founders. Our product design service is a fixed 6-week sprint: a senior designer, an art director and a PM design your MVP and hand off up to 50 production-ready screens, a design system, a clickable prototype and a 20-page pitch deck. It costs a fixed $12,000–$18,000, one-time. We don’t bill hours. We build momentum.

What’s included in our product design service

• Product and UX design. Up to 50 high-fidelity, production-ready screens and UX flows designed for early users and real development.

• Design system. Core components and UI patterns, typography, colours and spacing, ready to hand off to developers.

• Interactive prototype. Clickable, testable and demo-ready for usability tests, investor demos and sales calls.

• Pitch deck. A 20-page deck covering the problem, the solution, product and MVP visuals, and a clear value proposition.

• A senior team. A senior designer, an art director and a PM for the full six weeks.

• Optional brand refresh. A $6,000 add-on so the product, prototype and pitch deck look like one company.

Our product design process: six weeks, reviewed weekly

• Book a call. Tell us the problem, the market and your timeline. You get a fixed scope, a fixed price and a start date.

• Week 1: Discovery, UX planning, brand direction and mood boards.

• Week 2: Explorations. We put design directions in front of you early and iterate on your feedback.

• Week 3: Production. Screens move to production quality, and we loop in engineers so building can start immediately.

• Weeks 4–6: Production continues alongside engineering, through to the design system, clickable prototype and pitch deck.

• Handoff: screens, design system, prototype and deck, ready to build, test and raise.

What product design costs at Figura

Product design at Figura is a fixed $12,000–$18,000 one-time payment for the 6-week sprint, with an optional $6,000 brand refresh. There’s no hourly billing and no retainer. Where your project lands in the range depends on scope, mainly the number of screens and flows and whether you need web, mobile or both, and we confirm the exact price before kickoff.

What’s not included

This is product design and handoff. Figura doesn’t write the production code in this package. Engineers are looped in from week 3, so your developers can start building right away.

Who our product design studio is for

• Pre-seed and seed founders with a clear idea who need a real, testable product, fast.

• Founders preparing for a first raise who need something investors can actually see and understand.

• Teams building their first MVP with no design system yet and development starting soon.

• Founders validating product–market fit who need core flows built for real users, not internal demos.

Frequently asked questions

What does a product design studio do for a startup?

Who is Figura’s product design service for?

Pre-seed and seed founders building a first MVP, preparing a first raise, or validating product–market fit, who care more about speed than theory.

What do founders need to bring?
